| Description This seedling of a website, if you will, is meant to inspire all you folks out there to take charge of your future and come together as a community of farming activists who seek a better tasting tomato, a less pesticide-ridden apple, a more wholesome glass of milk, minus the growth hormones. This website could be so much more: envision a resource center, a go-to place with up-to-date information on the latest, greatest sustainable agriculture innovators, a who’s who of what’s what and how can I do that too. I see webcasts in our future, podcasts, even a radio show, message boards and a classified section with job postings and Skype technology to communicate better amongst ourselves. For this to happen, I need partners, collaborators, contributors and most importantly, sponsors. |
